About Purpose of Position: Employee Benefits Time Administrator Jobs at Anglo American

Job Description:
The Employee Benefits Time Administrator is responsible for efficient and accurate administration, input and reporting of time related information on the SAP Time Management system – to the prescribed standards. Other responsibilities will include:

Effective administrative support of Time Management by ensuring all received employee shift adjustment inputs are timeously captured on SAP.
Ensuring that reports are printed according to the prescribed standard and distributed to the relevant supervisor and are registered in the applicable logbook for follow up.
Ensuring that records are filed and stored for Auditing purposes.

Qualifications:
Grade 12
Studying towards a HR or Finance related qualification
Experience

Minimum 1 year experience in SAP 409 Time Management module
Knowledge and Skills

Numeracy skills
Computer literate in Microsoft Office
Must be a team player and have people Skills
