About Purpose of Position: Fix Term Millwright Jobs at Anglo American

Job Description:
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

As a Millwright, your responsibilities will include:

Prepare and plan work priority list and resource requirements in order to complete tasks.
Ensure that all planned maintenance schedules are accurately complied with and that all safety and legal requirements are carefully followed.
Ensure that materials and equipment are available for the shift requirements in the area.
Compile an accurate shift/work order reports and the necessary job cards relating to the task done including and description of work and spares used.
Comply to OM operating model principles and execute all work as per assigned shift requirements.

Anglo American Fix Term Millwright job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
Please attach a copy of your certificates:

Grade 12
Trade Certificate for Millwright
Medium Voltage certificate is advantageous
N6 will be advantageous
Valid driving license
Experience and Knowledge required:

Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience as a Millwright
Experience working in a refinery or concentrator/smelter is essential
Must be able to work shifts, standby and overtime
Medical fitness test
