About Purpose of Position: HR Generalist Jobs at Anglo American

Job Description:
Your role will include:

Providing HR Advice and guidance to managers and employees in terms of all HR processes, policies, procedures and systems – this can be face to face, by telephone or via email as the situation requires.
Actively supports the delivery of De Beers people strategy by providing professional support and training to line managers and HRBPs for HR related outputs, i.e. recruitment, talent and performance management, engagement and employee relations.
Provides general advice and guidance to support managers build capability on employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary, long-terms sickness, maternity etc.
Supports the regular review and maintenance of people policy/guidelines.
Facilitates Job Grading with Reward.
Facilitate the employment offer process by preparing salary peerages to ensure the offer is correctly aligned to Remuneration guidelines
Liaise with the Pay Roll department to ensure employee payroll queries are resolved
Coordinate any adhoc Training or Intervention roll out by liaising with the Training and Development department

Anglo American HR Generalist Job Requirements

Anglo American HR Generalist job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
A recognised Human Resources Management or Industrial psychology Degree.
5 years proven work experience as an HR Advisor, HR Consultant or similar role
Successfully obtain a Red Ticket (Medical Fitness certificate) on mine.
