About Purpose of Position: HRD Administrator Centralised Jobs at Anglo American

Job Description:
Your key responsibilities will include:

Training and Events Co-ordination on the LMS system
Check on the LMS system and schedule events.
Additional logistical arrangements will be made, e.g., accommodation, flights, traveling, subsistence and traveling, etc.
Venue and course support related arrangements will be made and followed through.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
Co-ordinate the group’s preparation for annual review of the database.
Inform the LMS HRD forum of all necessary changes
This role is in the Human Resource department at a Band C1 level reporting to the HRD Officer.

What we’re looking for

Grade 12

2 years’ Administration experience of which 1 year should be in the Human Resources Development Department.
SAP Experience
LMS experience (Advantageous)
Learning and Development / Training department experience within the Human Resource Development Environment will be advantageous.
