About Purpose of Position: HRD Coordinator Mining NMT Jobs at Anglo American

Job Description:
You will be responsible to play a role of coordinating our mechanized training center, implement virtual learning systems and be responsible for liaising with suppliers/ OEM’s (Original Manufactures).

Activities you need to perform include:

Consistently apply Safety & Health principles in all team interactions and take personal responsibility for safety of self and others to ensure zero harm and elimination of fatalities.
Network and keep abreast of new global developments awareness within the learning environment especially in Trackless Mobile Machinery
Continuously benchmark on new mining technology
Plan and implement the annual training plan within the mechanised mining training delivery center and ensure appropriate training budget control.
Establish, maintain and manage an underground working and / or surface environment and ensure that it is conducive for skills development in compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act
Manage compliance with environmental and social requirements as relevant to discipline, including commitments to stakeholders.
Support the development of, and ultimately implement, a purpose-led, high-performing culture within the teams that is aligned with the company values, is inclusive and promotes diversity.

Anglo American HRD Coordinator Mining NMT job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
OD ETDP Level 5 Higher certificate
Blasting Certificate/NQF 3 Rock Breaker Qualification.
Mine Overseer Certificate.
Assessor and Moderator Certificate.
Experience:

At least five years Mechanized Mining experience including two years within the Narrow Reef underground environment. (Mine Captain)
