About Purpose of Position: HRD Trainer Mechanised Jobs at Anglo American

Job Description:
You will be executing competencies and operational specific training and assessment in an unconstrained and constrained areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

Executing and delivering the training as per the training needs analysis
Conducting training and assessment as per the approved methodology and learning material
Adhering to competence modelling and competency assessment
Arranging training logistics and administration
Coaching and mentoring of employees on continuous evaluation
Ensuring that training plans and schedules are adhered to

Anglo American HRD Trainer Mechanised Job Requirements

Anglo American HRD Trainer Mechanised job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
MQA Level 2 Mechanised Mining competency skills programme will be advantageous.
NQF 3 ETDP Certificate
Trade Certificate – Electrician
Trade certificate – Auto electrician and or Diesel Mechanic will be advantageous.
Assessor certificate

To be successful, you will have the following experience:

At least 3 years (Mining) Engineering experience.
2 years’ experience as a HRD Facilitator Engineering
Experience within the Narrow Reef and Low Profile (LP) TMM underground environment
Certification in maintenance of TMM machinery
Knowledge/ Skills

Basic Computer Literacy
Driver’s license code 08
If successful, you will be required to undergo a Medical Fitness Test
