Job Description:
As part of your role, you will execute training and assessment in an unconstrained and constrained area while executing the delivery of generic induction and equipment operating skills and the maintenance of applicable MQA accreditation criteria to ensure competence.

Execute operational mining skills development.
Compliance to training and assessment with approved methodology and learning material.
Progressive reports on predetermined targets for mining skills development
Continuous evaluations

Qualifications:
Matric (Mathematics and Science – Advantageous)
Certificate of competence in 2 Open Pit Mining Operator occupations
NQF 4 OD ETDP Certificate
Assessor Certificate
Experience:

3 years’ Mining experience
2 years’ experience as a HRD Facilitator

Additional information:
Computer literate
Good command of the English language
Code 08 Driver’s license – advantageous
