Job Description:
You will be executing competencies and operational specific training and assessment in an unconstrained and constrained areas.

Your responsibilities will include:

Executing and delivering the training as per the training needs analysis
Conducting training and assessment as per the approved methodology and learning material
Adhering to competence modelling and competency assessment
Arranging training logistics and administration
Coaching and mentoring of employees on continuous evaluation
Ensuring that training plans and schedules are adhered to

Anglo American HRD Trainer UG Mechanised job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
Certificate of competence in XLP, ULP & LP machines
Certified competent as a TMM Operator certification
NQF 4 ETDP Certificate advantageous
Assessor certificate advantageous
To be successful, you will have the following experience:

At least 3 years Mining experience
Experience within the Narrow Reef and Low Profile (LP) TMM underground environment
Knowledge/ Skills

Basic Computer Literacy
Driver’s license code 08
If successful, you will be required to undergo a Medical Fitness Test
