Anglo American Intergrated Resource Advisor Job Requirements

Anglo American Intergrated Resource Advisor job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
Project Management qualification an added advantage
Valid South African Driver’s Licence (able to drive on mine to attend internal client engagements)
Advanced computer literacy (SAP knowledge)
Experience:

At least 5 years relevant experience
Knowledge, understanding and experience of basic engineering principles.
Data analysis and management for decision-making
Proficient in facilitating a culture within discipline in which safety and health is paramount and that results in zero fatalities.

Intergrated Resource Advisor Job Responsibility for Anglo American Job Vacancy

As an Intergrated Resource Advisor, you will be responsible for the following:

Able to access and interpret the Prometheus Maintenance Day Shutdown Schedule for any improvements and gaps.
Facilitate the business plan timeline for safe execution to ensure in time completion thereof as well as highlighting any planning and execution risks that are identified.
Check Resource Status Report to validate resource availability as required according to schedule.
Identify potential resource constraints & time constraints that could prevent delivery against plan.
Inform Planning & Scheduling Specialist of any resource constraints that might impact schedule.
Liaison with on-site Planner, Scheduler and Resource coordinator regarding the tracking of plan to execution progress
Effectively coordinate planned shutdown activities to ensure safe execution within given timeline.
Design and Adopt appropriate measures for effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the shutdown process.
Intervene to improve shutdown measures that are not stable, effective, or sustainable.
Participate in investigation of incidents (safety, health, environmental and social) within work area.
Support the development of team members, and ultimately implement, a purpose-led, high-performing culture within the team that is aligned with the company values, is inclusive and promotes diversity.
Ensure correct resource/work coordination for every task to be completed within scheduled time.
Drive delivery and sustainability activities as relevant to discipline planning and set out in the Life of Asset Plan to improve reliability performance over time.
Enforce adherence to compliance governance within the team.
Adhere to all health and safety practices requirements and promote good housekeeping to ensure compliance and an environment where team members can deliver their outputs within a controlled risk environment.
