Anglo American Investigations Officer Job Requirements

Anglo American Investigations Officer job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
Grade 12
Working towards a qualification in Investigation /Policing/Security/Law or equivalent
Registered with PSIRA Grade B (advantageous)
Firearm competent
Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Security or equivalent
3 years should be in Investigation
1 year experience in supervisory position
Additional requirements:

Computer literacy (MS Office package)
Valid driving license Code 08 & Ability to drive
Good command of the English language (spoken, written and reading)
Knowledge in Investigation/Intelligence
Knowledge of security related legislation/policies/procedures/standards and Voluntary Principles on Security and Human Rights (VPSHR)
Basic project management and financial skills
Understanding of SAP system
Pass all relevant assessments

Investigations Officer Job Responsibility for Anglo American Job Vacancy

As an Investigation Officer your key responsibilities will include:

Monitoring security indicators and trends
Partake in improvement projects for the operation
Conduct investigations
Support and participate in the training and development requirements of employees
Administration – compile reports, improvement plans to improve security, conduct surveys and audits, testify in court and hearings when required.
This role is in the Protection Service department at a C4 level reporting to the Protection Services Senior Superintendent/Protection Services Manager.
