About Purpose of Position: Junior Hydrogeologist Jobs at Anglo American

Job Description:
As a Junior Hydrogeologist, you will provide services as required and your responsibilities will include:

Assist with the data collection, capturing, monitoring, dewatering infrastructure inspections and reporting.
Drilling and testing contractor site supervision and management, SHEQ checks, logging of drill chips, drill site preparation, budget tracking and invoicing.
Assist the hydrogeology and water management team to ensure enough and appropriate hydrogeological data is collected, captured and validated to conform to international best practices.
Database management that include all relevant data.
Mine water balance to be updated on a monthly basis.
Assist with ad hoc hydrogeological and geotechnical tasks as required.
Hydrogeological monitoring system.
Implementation and monitoring of the dewatering strategy.

Anglo American Junior Hydrogeologist Job Requirements

Anglo American Junior Hydrogeologist job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
B.Tech or BSc degree in Geosciences, or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline.
Valid Driver’s License.
Experience:

At least 3 years working experience within the hydrogeology discipline.
