Job Description:
The Operating Model Project manager is responsible for the implementation, integration, continues improvement, governance & sustainability of the Anglo Operating Model (Work Management) at Amandelbult Complex Dishaba Mine.

Implementation Planning, Scheduling & Resourcing of the Operating Model program
Managing of the Operating Model Work Management activities (Planning, Scheduling & Resourcing)
Integration of Operating Model into the current mining structures and routines
Closing of critical gaps which might still exist within the implementation
Integration of Work Management, Operational Planning & Analise & improve within the mining environment (focused on work Management.
Resource of the Project

Successful implementation of the Anglo Operating Model within the mining / concentrating environment.
Ensure that all the roles are resourced and fill according to the Operating Model configuration.
Scheduling of the Project – Ensure the implementation of the project is realistically scheduled taking all constraints, conflicts, and synergies into account.
Ensure continues integration of Operating Model into existing systems & continues improvement of the operating model framework & implementation to suite business requirement.
Scheduling of the Project

Ensure continues gaps which might arise from Site assurance and/or self-assessments are scheduled for execution

Anglo American Project Manager (Work Management) Job Requirements

Anglo American Project Manager (Work Management) job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
Relevant Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mining, Industrial, Chemical etc.) or equivalent
Project Management qualification will be advantageous
Experience required:

3 years of work Management in Mining.
3 years Operating Model Operational Work Management Experience
3 years Operating Model Operational Analyze & Improve Experience
Technical skills:

Project Management
Operating Model detail training and application
Enterprise Project Management Systems, e.g. MS-Projects, SAP
Managing multicultural teams in line with Anglo Values & Culture framework
Communicate Effectively
Creativity/Innovation
Foster Teamwork
