Anglo American Project Supply Chain Manager job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
Experience: Proven track record of extensive practical experience in relevant field

Qualification: A undergraduate/postgraduate qualification (Bachelors/Honours/Masters degree or equivalent) in a relevant discipline OR a proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexity

Technical Knowledge:

Good technical knowledge across the Supply Chain value chain with the ability to integrate various Supply Chain disciplines (Projects, Commercial, Inclusive Procurement, Physical Supply Chain, Supplier Management, Purchasing)
Project Management skills and experience (agile preferred)
Project Procurement experience
Effective influencing and engagement experience/skills
Safety & Sustainability as it relates to Supply Chain
Strong commercial, negotiation and deal-making, business case development, investment appraisal skills – TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) approach
Supplier Relationship & Performance Management
Business Planning and Business Case development
Critical and systems thinking capability

Project Supply Chain Manager Job Responsibility for Anglo American Job Vacancy

Key tasks will include:

Performance & Delivery

Lead the Project Procurement activities (e.g strategy, work packages).
Oversee a portfolio of Projects by providing strategic inputs, leveraging global and regional commercial capability and integrating Supply Chain disciplines.
Accountable for the management and continuous improvement of the Supply Chain function.
Foster collaborative relationships across the Supply Chain teams, internal business partners as well as with external stakeholders.
Interface Management

Provide strong Supply Chain leadership at an asset/project level to the Project Director and Heads of Department.
Ensure cross collaboration between internal and external stakeholders and act as a single point of contact to resolve complex Supply Chain issues and escalations.
Drive the implementation of new ways-of-working that support leading practice and continuous improvement.
