Anglo American Regional Global Mobility Specialist Job Requirements

Anglo American Regional Global Mobility Specialist job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
At least 5 years’ experience in Global Mobility processes and best practices
Sound knowledge on tax and immigration legislation
Experience in End-to-end global mobility processes
Wider HR processes and how these interrelate with the Global Mobility experience
Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems including global mobility configuration
Global Mobility accreditation desirable

Regional Global Mobility Specialist Job Responsibility for Anglo American Job Vacancy

This role will provide advice, expertise and coordination support for a broad range of key global mobility practices, processes and systems to the Africa region-based Business Units including the Corporate Centre, Group Functions, Global Shared Services, as well as support to help drive organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities include:

Work in alignment with the Global Mobility Centre of Expertise and team of Global Mobility specialists on a range of Global Mobility initiatives and projects, and to embed high-quality Global Mobility processes and practices across the Africa region
Work with internal stakeholders (wider Reward team, Tax, Legal, HR, Payroll) and external compliance partners to deliver key activities and support in the Africa region
Manage assignments (physical and virtual), permanent transfers and international remote working requests for the Africa region
Build an understanding of the external Global Mobility market and best practices as relates to Global Mobility activities, processes, technology platforms
Educate key internal stakeholders on key Global Mobility policies and processes in region
Maintain a working knowledge of the compliance and legislative landscape across key business locations in the Africa region
