Job Description:
Act as a role model and reinforce a workplace culture where safety and health for the site is paramount.
Review and assess impact of critical risks and monitor effectiveness of critical controls relevant to work area.
Identify PUE’s and monitor critical control performance within teams.
Create safety reports and manage analysis of KP’Is based on available data.
Report deficiencies and implement plans to address deficiencies.
The assurance that the master data on the SAP maintenance system is accurate, reliable and in the required format to ensure optimal use and the correct output from the system.
The assurance that the BW and SAP PM systems are functional at all times and that corrective actions are taken when any problem arises.
Manage adherence to compliance governance within the teams.
Conduct site inspections to identify and escalate non-compliance.
Use systems to monitor compliance and manage non-compliance.
Participate in audit.

Anglo American SAP Systems Coordinator Job Requirements

Anglo American SAP Systems Coordinator job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
Grade 12 or N3 Technical Matric
National Certificate N4 (Engineering Related Studies) or
National Certificate in Asset Maintenance Management (NQF Level 5) and
SAP PM Certificate is advantageous
BW (Business Warehouse) Certificate is advantageous
Valid South African Driver’s License essential
Experience:

3-5 years with SAP PM
3-5 years planning and scheduling experience in mining
Winshuttle and Prometheus experience is advantageous
