POLY4 is our flagship multi-nutrient fertiliser product. Made from polyhalite, it contains four of the six macro-nutrients and many micronutrients that are essential to plant growth. It allows farmers to maximize their crop yield, increase quality and improve soil structure with one simple product.

Qualifications:
An Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Contracts Management or similar.

Extensive experience in a similar role with contract commercial management activities.

Experience in contract administration and management in a EPCM and construction environment.

Senior Contracts Specialist Job Responsibility for Anglo American Job Vacancy

Job Description:
Join us as a senior contracts specialist where you will Assist with the commercial management and coordination of suppliers to meet the Company’s goals regarding quality, schedule, and cost by applying specialist commercial skills.

Implement procurement and contract strategies with the objective of meeting business requirements for assurance of supply, quality service, cost, innovation, and regulatory compliance.
Implement the deployment of Inclusive procurement initiatives in an allocated portfolio.
Implement value opportunities and mitigate risk pertaining to the portfolio.
Manage contract development through all lifecycle stages (draft, revision, approval, filing and distribution), ensuring that insurance, bonding, and legal requirements are met prior to contract execution, and internal processes and records are maintained.
Manage commercial relationships and ways of working with suppliers to ensure continuous improvement in the delivery of goods/services.
Manage and update procurement plans and schedules.
Manage stakeholder relationships and be responsive in addressing any issues/queries
Ensure commercial arrangements are closely and effectively managed, including the maintenance of the necessary electronic and hard files.
Monitor and control compliance in respect of the Project’s contractual obligations.
Review tender and contract documents.
Review and analyze commercial content from tenders.
Review completed work and facilitate the processing of payments.
Review Variation Orders and provide advice on cost/contractual impact/s.
Provide support and advice on contractual claims and terms and conditions,
Ensure cross collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
Assist Supply Chain Manager CN Business & Operations and discipline/functional managers within Crop Nutrients with supplier relationships.
