Anglo American Senior Instrumentation Mechanician Job Requirements

Anglo American Senior Instrumentation Mechanician job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
NQF level 4, Technical N6 diploma advantageous & desired
Trade Certificate – Instrumentation
Advanced Computer Skills
Must be medically fit
Experience:

Minimum 5 years applicable experience
Knowledge and experience of Siemens PLC Programming, Wincc SCADA System, PCS 7 and Allen Bradley control systems (required)
Running capital projects (advantageous)

Senior Instrumentation Mechanician Job Responsibility for Anglo American Job Vacancy

As a Senior Instrumentation Mechanician, you will be responsible to ensure that all systems are maintained and optimized to ensure that the capacity to the production process is maximized.

Some of the key responsibilities in this role will include:

Identify areas of poor availability
Audit high risk and safety areas
Support on existing networks, hardware and software
Assist with Commissioning for onsite projects
Schedule and prioritise maintenance tasks
Support on existing instrumentation
Maintain Siemens PCS 7 system (DCS, S7 plc family & WinCC Scada)
Adherence to Anglo Platinum Standards
