Job Description:
As part of this team, you will be expected to successfully manage these duties:

Management of the equipment within the process control domain
Best practice for instrumentation developed within relevant legal and safety frameworks
Audit high risk and safety critical areas
Identify areas of poor availability
Conducting modifications to the control solution for process problems
System troubleshooting and hardware problems resolution
Support on existing instrumentation, networks and hardware
Calibration and maintenance of all equipment within the control solution
Schedule and prioritise maintenance tasks
Control monthly maintenance budgets for process control section
Assist with commissioning for on-site projects

Qualifications:
Please attach the following qualifications with your application:

National Diploma/ National Technical Diploma
Instrumentation Mechanician Trade
Registered as a Professional Engineering Technician with ECSA – advantageous
Required Experience:

3 years as an Instrumentation Technician
Siemens PCS7 experience
Smelter or Heavy Industry experience
