About Purpose of Position: Senior SHE Systems And Reporting Jobs at Anglo American

Job Description:
As our Senior Systems and Reporting Administrator, you will be responsible for the following:

Provide support for SHE IM systems

Evaluate use and effectiveness of systems
Address systems and data queries from users
Review and confirm data integrity on the systems prior to reporting periods
Update and maintain user access on transactional SHE system
Responsible for operational Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental Reporting

Submit accurate, correct Safety, Health, Hygiene and Environmental information for internal reports within defined deadlines.
SHE documents control and records management

Maintain Platinum Way Library for operation.
Verify documentation in Platinum Way libraries conform to Group requirements
This role is in the SHE Department at a C4 Level reporting to Senior SHE Specialist.

Anglo American Senior SHE Systems And Reporting job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
(Please attach certificates for the below)

Grade 12/ NQF Level 5
Administration qualification or related
IOS Matrix Program (Advantageous)
Experience and Technical Knowledge:

Work experience in the mining and/or processing industry.
Experience working with transactional software systems.
Experience in administrative function, specifically document control and records management
Basic/general Safety background
Legislation applicable to Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment
Document control and records management
Company Governance Policies, Procedures & Management Systems.
Computer literacy
Valid driving license
