About Purpose of Position: Specialist OE & Performance Jobs at Anglo American

Job Description:
As our Specialist OE & Performance, you will be responsible for the following:

Provide specialist advice to HR and Line Management on TEAM+ performance management approach.
HR reporting for OE HR Monthly reporting requirements and Quarterly Exco and Board (including SETCO) reporting requirements.
Provide specialist support into the Organisational Effectiveness strategy for Kumba and support the development of guidelines on how OE related initiatives will be implemented at Kumba which are aligned to the overall business strategy.
Support diagnostic assessments on processes and people to establish areas of inefficiency and opportunity.
Drive a leader-led culture to influence the way we do things at Kumba and the way we achieve results through people.
Drive Kumba’s Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) Strategy at site
Support all (I&D) regulatory reporting and alignment at site– e.g. DoL; Mining Charter, etc.
Implement Kumba culture surveys at site.
Drive leadership and culture interventions
Accountable for all organisational design processes at site

Aid with planning the change initiatives and monitoring the progress of these initiatives across the business.
Facilitation of OE initiatives with various teams and audiences at site.

Anglo American Specialist OE & Performance job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
Grade 12 Certificate
Post-graduate degree in HR/Industrial Psychology; Commerce or Management
Experience:

3-years specialist experience in Project Management, Organisational Development/Organisational Effectiveness and Inclusion and Diversity best practice.
