About Purpose of Position: Supervisor Load & Haul Jobs at Anglo American

Job Description:
As a Supervisor Load and Haul, you will provide services as required and your responsibilities will include:

Managing of relevant Safety, Health and Environment processes as per the legislation and mine procedures.
Loading and Hauling equipments are utilised according to the target to ensure the achievement of hauling targets.
Loading and Hauling equipments condition is monitored and any deviations are reported to Maintenance immediately.
The different factors from a hauling’s perspective that influence cycle times, are addressed to ensure the shortest possible cycle times.
Substandard road conditions are reported to the responsible section to keep damage to haul trucks to the minimum.
Direct the production environment through the effective monitoring and controlling of the production processes to ensure outputs are within the required specifications.
Ensure effective procedures are in place to ensure continuous availability of equipment and to achieve production targets.
Prepare and review report for shift handovers, ensuring sufficient planning is in place to ensure no impact on operations and / or production.
Identify, implement and review contingency plans to ensure production levels are maintained.
Co-ordinate, supervise and plan production teams to achieve production targets for area of responsibility.

Qualifications:
Grade 12/N3
Blasting Certificate
Code 08 Drivers Licence
Computer Literacy
FLM/BMP will serve as a recommendation
A2 Safety Training
