Job Description:
As a Hub Principal you will be accountable for:

Identifying the information that is required to protect Anglo Platinum people, product and physical assets
Understanding any gaps in that information
Ensuring that the Business Unit knows what threat-related information it holds and how to retrieve it.
Ensuring that this information is analysed and disseminated to the right people within the Business Unit
Managing the process to address gaps and improve threat information collection
Manage the collection of Intelligence / Information via both OSINT as well as HSINT means
Managing the collection. Collation and packaging for end user of require threat mitigation Information/Intelligence as is appropriate in the private sector

Anglo American Threat Information Hub Principal job requirements are following:-

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree with Honours
Post graduate qualification in Security Management or a similar discipline – advantageous
Knowledge, skills and experience required:

Experience in building an analytical capability in a commercial company or government.
Experience in the management of the collection as well as interpretation of required risk mitigation Intelligence/information
Experience in the management of Source Handling from the perspective of support to investigations as well as risk mitigations in the private sector
Prove experience and capability in terms of :

Identifying security risk mitigation intelligence/information requirements
Enabling the structured collection of such Intelligence/Information
Managing the conversion of intelligence/information gathered into usable /actionable information
Proven management capability or potential
Project management fundamentals
An understanding of the value added by data analysis
New technologies and their impact on threat information activities
Threat information management tools and techniques applicable
